I was at the show this past friday and it was so much fun. I haven’t laughed that hard in a while. I usually don’t do much besides an occasionally movie on friday nights. It gave me something to do and I really enjoyed myself.
I was at the live broadcast and I really enjoyed it. Shannon and Pastor Ferrill helped me to realize why I haven’t lost my “baby weight” (which is not really that anymore since my baby is four years old, LOL!). It seems as if I’ve been trying to lose weight my whole life. I had previously signed up for the 50 million pound challenge but didn’t do anything with it because I wasn’t motivated. Thank you for creating a support team, now I believe that I will finally be able to obtain my goal weight.
I was so happy to see the posting on the weight loss challenge. It is a real struggle to start exercising and get the weight off. I have been walking during lunch time and watching portion size. I am starting to see results! Even walking during Sunday morning prayer does the body good!
It’s amazing how changing the size of the plate can really help to lose the weight. You can eat the same type of food, but with a smaller plate, it looks like you have more. I am excited to know that we have a group working together toward the same goal.
